The Northfield Mount Hermon girls’ soccer team plays in the prestigious New England Prep School Athletic Conference (NEPSAC), competing against some of the toughest opponents in the country. Regarded as one of the top complexes in New England, the southern pitch of the Compton Family Fields is home to one of the finest girls’ soccer programs in the northeast.

The key building block of our program focuses on character, leadership development and individual growth as a player. We value our commitment to the team and playing for something bigger than ourselves. My goal as a coach is to spend as much time coaching you off the field as I do on it, to build a connection that lasts longer than your time in an NMH uniform.

As a previous Division I player, collegiate coach and Girls Director of New England Futbol Club West region, I understand the importance of preparation and player development. Our program is designed to prepare the college bound athlete to play at the next level in every capacity. We work towards the evolution of every player, with an emphasis on technical and tactical development, strength and conditioning, and film work.
