At NMH I design my courses to challenge the perspectives of my students. Every day is a discussion emphasizing the broad array of voices in an NMH classroom. Perhaps today students from China, Germany, Brazil and Nigeria discuss the outcomes of colonialism. The students and the authors bring new perspectives to the table and new ideas to wrestle with. At NMH each day in the classroom challenges me to grow alongside my students.
Assistant CoachSarah has worked at NMH since 2000 as a college counselor. She played field hockey, volleyball, and softball in high school, and volleyball and softball at McDaniel College. She enjoys working with younger students, many of whom have never played the sport before. “It’s a great deal of fun to watch them progress.”
