Summer Session Employment Opportunities
NMH Summer Session provides quality educational programs that attract students and faculty from all over the United States and around the world. We offer a variety of credit and enrichment courses that enable young people to explore ideas and talents they might not have time for during the school year.
Each summer, we hire experienced teachers (our “lead teachers”) and teaching interns to help us deliver the outstanding courses and activities that set NMH Summer Session apart from other summer academic programs. We hire house directors, many of whom are also lead teachers, to provide oversight and supervision in the dormitories. We also welcome applications for positions as director of student activities, director of athletics, and librarians.
Job offers are made on a rolling basis beginning in December, as completed applications are received. Because there is a limited number of courses in each subject area, candidates should submit all materials as soon as possible in order to improve chances of a position being available in their areas of interest.
- When filling out an electronic application, use Google Chrome as your web browser if possible.
- If you have problems completing the online application, save the document as a PDF before filling it out digitally; email completed applications as a PDF attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Do not reformat the application in Microsoft Word or other word processing programs.
