Pizza Love: A Cheesy Story

In Alumni Hall, nearly 200 pizzas get eaten every week. Each pie is crafted in the NMH kitchen, from scratch. Last fall, Michaela Lawyer ’20, who graduated in May, shadowed dining services staff to document the pizza-making process for a Creative Nonfiction class assignment, which we’ve excerpted and brought to life with the help of illustrator Jessica McGuirl.
