Course Information
You can find course directions here and a course map here. Aside from a couple of steps crossing the road, the course is entirely on grass and trail. To clarify, runners may step onto a triangle of the turf on the way out, but must go around the turf on their way in. This will be clearly demarcated.

The girls' record of 18:20 was established in 2017 by Frances Margaret Gehrke of St. Paul’s School. The boys' record of 15:51 was set earlier this season by Matt Farrell of Loomis Chaffee School. The course will be clearly marked throughout, including with a chalk line present on the entirety of the course.

Timing and Rosters
Schools may enter no more than seven runners in each Varsity race; assuming a complete varsity team has been fielded, up to twelve runners may compete in the JV race.

NEPSTA has hired Granite State Race Service to provide professional timing and scoring for the meet and we expect to have all results finalized for distribution to coaches in time for the awards ceremony.
Parking and Setup
Buses and AVs should park in the McCollum rink parking lot. Buses and AVs may unload on Elm Street near the start of the course. They must approach coming from the track, and then continue up the road, making a full circle back to the rink parking lot. Buses and AVs must not approach the dropoff point from the opposite direction. Onsite attendants will ensure traffic can flow continuously.

Parking for spectators only will be on the lawn closest to the start of the course. Safety officers will direct parking.

Team tent area will be located exclusively in a row between the McLamore turf and the baseball backstop.

Portable toilets will be located above and on the field. The nearest bathrooms will be in the locker rooms in Forslund Gym. Showers are also available in Forslund Gym for participants. Please note that individual lockers will not be available to participants. Athletes should bring their own towels.

Linked here is a map that shows all of the above information.
