Girls Cross Country at NMH

The scenic NMH campus provides the girls’ cross-country program with the perfect runner’s landscape. Miles of beautiful terrain wind through a wooded backdrop, laying the way for some of the toughest trails in the northeast. Girls of all abilities and levels of experience are welcome, and an experienced coaching staff tailors workouts to accommodate runners of all levels. Team camaraderie is formed by a tight-knit group of runners who work hard and have plenty of fun. The NEPSAC, often regarded as the toughest conference in the country, provides a challenge that has prepared our student-athletes to compete at the collegiate level and even in national-caliber races. Many alumnae who return for the school’s annual Pie Race credit their NMH cross-country experience for initiating their lifelong love of running.

The coaching staff is excited to get to know you! Please fill out this athletic questionnaire to learn more.
