Paige Loughman '22

Paige dominated the throwing events at the meet this Saturday. She easily won the Javelin but had some tough competition in the shotput and the discus with a talented Worcester thrower. They were neck and neck with Paige out throwing her competitor and winning all three of the throwing events. Due to her effort, NMH was able to win the meet against a strong St Paul's team. Paige is on her way to being competitive at the NE Championship meet this upcoming May. Way to go, Paige!

From Boys Varsity Volleyball:

Bohdan Karavan '22

Captain OH Bohdan Karavan recorded a huge double-double in NMH's reverse sweep, 3-2 win over Andover. Karavan put down 17 kills on 36 attempts with .222 hitting, while picking up 12 digs on the defensive end. Karavan also put up 2 solo blocks and 1 assist on the match. After the NMH team found themselves down 9-12 in the 5th set, Bohdan went on a 6-point service run to help close the set, and the match, with a set score of 15-12. Overall, Bohdan was perfect from the service line, with 2 aces and 0 errors on 24 attempts.
