What Your Registration Fee Covers

Reunion fees help cover the real costs of bringing our community together. NMH does not profit from these fees. Your full-weekend registration includes:

• Campus housing (if selected and available)
• All meals and receptions
• Evening entertainment (with open bar)
• Class-specific programming and materials
• Campus amenities: golf carts, tent rentals, security, and emergency services

One-day passes include access to daytime programs and meals but do not include housing.

MEC PELLER MEMORIAL 5K

Join classmates in honoring beloved NMH faculty member and mentor Mec Peller with this cherished reunion tradition.

Run or walk the scenic 5K route starting at the top of the hill near Overtoun Hall and McLamore Field. The course includes a full loop followed by a partial loop, ending between the Rhodes Arts Center and the Gilder Center.

NMH PIE RIDE

Take in the stunning Connecticut River Valley on two wheels during the 2026 Pie Ride. Choose between a 10-mile or 30-mile route; both starting and ending at Forslund Gym. Roads range from low to moderate car traffic, and all routes are clearly marked.

All riders will be rewarded with a delicious pie at the finish line!

• Riders must be 15 years or older
• Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the full ride
• Select the Pie Ride option when you register for Reunion to receive detailed information

NMH ROW

Experienced rowers are invited to start their day with a peaceful early morning row on the river (weather permitting). A beautiful way to reconnect with teammates and the water.

On-campus housing is available for alums and guests from Thursday night through Sunday morning on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend registering early if you’d like to stay on campus, housing has reached capacity in previous years.

We’ll do our best to place alums in their class dorm, space permitting. If that dorm is full, we’ll assign you to another residence hall nearby.

Roommate requests can be submitted during registration. If you have someone you’d like to room with, please let us know. Both individuals must request each other for us to accommodate the match.

Each dorm room includes:

• One or two twin beds
• Sheets, blanket, pillow, and towel
• Access to a shared restroom

Please remember this is traditional dorm-style housing. June weather in New England can be unpredictable, we suggest bringing an extra blanket or a small fan.

Children in the Dorms

Children are welcome to attend Reunion and may stay with you in your room. However:

• Children under age 13 will not be provided a bed
• You are responsible for bringing a cot, air mattress, or other bedding for them
• No childcare is provided and children may not be left unattended in the dorms

We want all alums and guests to feel comfortable and supported during Reunion. Please note that on-campus dorm housing may not meet everyone's accessibility needs. Depending on your assigned dorm, you may need to climb stairs to reach your room or restroom.

If you have specific mobility or accessibility needs, we encourage you to consider off-campus accommodations that may be better suited. You can view a list of nearby lodging options here.

The NMH campus is primarily ADA-accessible, with approved restrooms in most buildings. To help guests move around, golf carts with drivers will be available throughout the weekend.

When registering, please let us know about any accessibility concerns or support needs, or reach out directly to the reunion team, we’re here to help ensure your weekend is enjoyable and safe.

Reunion is a celebration for the whole family! We offer a few family-friendly programs designed for alums and their children to enjoy together. Please note that children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Unattended minors are not permitted at any event or on campus.

As Reunion weekend approaches, be sure to check the schedule for up-to-date information about planned family activities.

Childcare and Supervision

NMH does not provide childcare during Reunion. If you or a group of families choose to privately hire a babysitter, that arrangement is solely between you and the sitter. NMH is unable to share contact information for local babysitters or student workers.

Children in Dorm Housing

If your child is under age 13 and staying in the dorms with you, please bring:

• Sleeping bag or bedding
• Pillow
• Air mattress or cot

Beds will not be provided for children under 13.

Children 13 and older must be registered as an adult guest of their parent(s) and will be provided their own bed.

Reunion weekend is casual and comfortable, just like you remember NMH!

New England weather can be unpredictable, with sunny skies one moment and cool rain the next. Be prepared for a little of everything by packing:

• Layers for warm days and cool evenings
• Comfortable shoes for walking (some events are held on grass or uneven ground)
• A light raincoat or umbrella
• Your favorite NMH gear, of course!

Before you travel, be sure to check the local forecast so you’re ready for whatever the weekend brings.

Need to check email or get online during the weekend? Here’s what to know:

• Wi-Fi access will be available across campus. Login details will be provided at check-in.
• You’re welcome (and encouraged) to bring your personal laptop or device.
• Public computers are available in the library computer center, which will be open during the day.

Please note that public computer access is limited, so bringing your own device is the best way to stay connected.

Directions

From Eastern Massachusetts:
Take Route 2 west to Route 63 north. Continue on Route 63 for about 8 miles until it merges with Route 10. Turn left onto Route 10 south and drive 1.7 miles, crossing the Connecticut River. The NMH entrance will be on your left. Follow the driveway, then bear left at the fork, following signs to the Admission Office (Bolger House). Visitor parking is located beside Bolger House.

From Interstate 91:

• Traveling north? Take Exit 50A.
• Traveling south? Take Exit 50B.

Follow Route 10 north for 2.8 miles. The NMH entrance will be on your right. Proceed up the driveway following signs to the Admission Office (Bolger House). Visitor parking is available next to Bolger House.

Please note that pets are not permitted on campus during Reunion weekend, with the exception of working service dogs who are welcome to attend.

As a participant in Northfield Mount Hermon Reunion 2026, you are expected to demonstrate good judgment, diplomacy, and courtesy when interacting with fellow alums, NMH staff, and the broader community.

Visitor policy:

To ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, please note the following:

• Reunion gatherings—both indoors and outdoors—will involve close contact with others. By attending, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with such gatherings, including potential exposure to COVID-19.
• Access to the lower fields, Draper Riverhouse, river, or riverfront is not permitted after 6pm without explicit prior permission.
• Your name tag lanyard must be worn at all times throughout the weekend. It serves as your admission to meals, alcoholic beverages, and activities, and helps identify you as a registered reunion guest.
• You are responsible for leaving your assigned dormitory room clean and in the condition you found it. NMH reserves the right to charge for any damage or excessive cleaning required beyond normal upkeep.
• Any damage to NMH campus property during your stay may result in additional charges.
• Dorm room keys are not provided during Reunion. Please secure valuables in your vehicle or leave them at home. NMH is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
• NMH is a tobacco-free and marijuana-free campus. Smoking and e-cigarette use are prohibited anywhere on campus.
• Please consume alcohol responsibly. Drinking is not allowed in dorm hallways or common rooms.
• Respect your dormitory neighbors, including faculty and families with children who live on campus year-round. Avoid loud music or disruptive behavior.
• Guests 17 and under are not permitted under tents or at bars serving alcohol.
• Campus security staff will be present throughout the weekend. Please follow their guidance to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. NMH reserves the right to ask anyone violating policies to leave Reunion without refund.
• Reunion officially concludes at noon on Sunday. Please vacate dormitories and buildings by then so staff can begin cleanup and breakdown.

To receive a refund, please notify us of cancellations or changes by 5 pm on Friday, May 29. Due to fixed costs, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations made after this deadline.
