It also covers class communications, golf carts and tent rentals, and campus security and emergency planning. Single-day registration (1-day pass) does not include campus housing.

If you have a specific roommate request, please indicate when registering. Each room will have basic amenities: 1 or 2 twin beds with sheets, a blanket, a towel, and soap, as well as access to a shared restroom. New England weather in June can be fickle; consider bringing an extra blanket or a fan from home. Remember this is dorm living!
Children are allowed to attend Reunion and may stay with you in your room. Children under age 13 will not be provided a bed, and you are responsible for bringing an air mattress or cot, and bedding for them. Please note, there is no NMH childcare available, and children cannot be left unsupervised in the dorms.
For guests staying in a campus residence hall, NMH will supply the following for your lounges:
-
Snacks and beverages, replenishments will be available in a depot set up at Alumni Hall (think trail mix, granola bars, chips, whole fruit, etc.)
-
Water and ice
-
Refrigerator or cooler
If you would like to camp on campus, please register using the “no housing” option. If you would like to stay off campus, see the list of local accommodations.
Accessibility
Please note that in-dorm housing is not always a great fit for every reunion guest. Depending on the layout of your assigned dorm you might have to climb stairs to access a restroom. Dorm rooms and bathrooms are not all equipped with handrails, slip mats, or other specialized items.
Please plan accordingly to make sure your personal needs are met.
The NMH campus is primarily ADA-accessible with approved restrooms in most buildings. Golf carts with drivers will be provided throughout the weekend. Please be sure to indicate on your registration any concerns or needs you may have, or contact the Reunion Team.
Children
Children are allowed to attend Reunion, but must be supervised at all times. Some reunion activities are family-friendly, but most events may not be of interest to young ones. No childcare or children’s programming will be available, and children cannot be left unsupervised while on campus.
It is important to bring all bedding as well as sleeping bags, air mattresses or cots for children under 13, as they will not be provided a bed. Teenagers 13 and over must be registered as adult guests of their parent(s) and will have their own bed.
Dress Code
Reunion Weekend is a mostly casual affair. New England weather is unpredictable, as you’ll recall from your time as a student. It can go from sweltering to chilly in a matter of hours so bring layers, comfortable walking shoes (some events occur on grass), and a light raincoat. Check the local forecast before you hit the road!

- You will be held responsible for leaving your assigned dormitory room clean and in the condition in which you found it. Northfield Mount Hermon reserves the right to charge you a fee for any damage done to your assigned room and its contents. - Children 17 years old or younger are not permitted under tents or at bars where alcohol is served.
- Security staff will be monitoring campus all weekend. Please comply with any requests they make of you regarding the policies stated here, as these policies are designed to protect the safety and comfort of all of our guests and residents on campus. NMH reserves the right to ask visitors who are in violation of campus visitor policies to leave NMH Reunion without a refund.
- NMH Reunion ends on Sunday at 1 pm. So that our staff may get to work cleaning and breaking down, we ask that you vacate the dormitories and buildings by no later than 1 pm.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be issued if we receive notice of cancellation or changes before 5 pm on Friday, May 26. Due to fixed costs incurred, no refunds will be made after that time. Please email notice to Reunion@nmhschool.org.
