Toni Bush ’74 is the retired global head of government affairs for News Corp, whose holdings include The Wall Street Journal, HarperCollins, and Realtor.com. In this role, she led policy strategy and advocacy efforts on a range of complex media and telecommunications issues. Over the course of her career, she played a key role in shaping conversations around vertical integration — where companies own both content and its distribution — as well as public television funding and spectrum sharing. Prior to her time at News Corp, she held leadership roles in government, law, and public policy.
