Scott Jensen ’82 is a successful entrepreneur whose path into the food industry began at NMH where the diverse community and independence at Cottage One along with mentors in writing, photography, and farming shaped his outlook. After college and a pivotal partnership with barbecue legend Stubb’s Legendary Bar‑B‑Q he helped grow the brand which was eventually acquired by McCormick & Co. He now leads Kosmos Q BBQ and devotes his energy to mentorship and guiding emerging food and beverage entrepreneurs through SKU, an accelerator program.
