Sara Pullen ’93

Sara Pullen ’93 is a professor at Emory University School of Medicine and a nationally recognized expert in HIV care and physical therapy. Her clinical work centers on the intersection of HIV, chronic pain, and opioid use, with a focus on equitable, patient-centered approaches to treatment. In addition to her academic and clinical roles, she serves as Director of the Emory World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborative Center, where she leads efforts to support global health initiatives in alignment with WHO priorities. Her work reflects a deep commitment to anti-colonialist, community-based care models.
