Karin Kimbrough ‘86

Karin Kimbrough ’86 is the chief economist at LinkedIn, where she leads a team of economists and data scientists delivering insights from the LinkedIn Economic Graph. Her work helps illuminate labor market trends and inform global economic understanding. Before joining LinkedIn, she was assistant treasurer at Google and managing director and head of macroeconomic policy at Bank of America. Earlier in her career, Kimbrough served as vice president in the Markets Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she played a key role during the 2008 financial crisis.
