Dawson Her Many Horses ’94 is the head of Native American banking at Wells Fargo, where he leads efforts to support tribal governments and tribally owned enterprises across the country. An enrolled member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe of South Dakota, he brings cultural insight and deep industry expertise to his work in commercial and investment banking, with a focus on Native American finance and economic development. In addition to his role at Wells Fargo, he serves on national boards and advisory committees that address systemic barriers facing Native communities. His leadership is rooted in values shaped at NMH and a lifelong commitment to service.
