Valerie Jarret '74

Valerie Jarrett ’74 is CEO of the Barack Obama Foundation and a senior distinguished fellow at the University of Chicago Law School. She served as senior advisor to President Obama from 2009 to 2017 and is the author of the bestselling memoir "Finding My Voice".

Mariah Calagione ‘89

Mariah Calagione ’89 is the co-founder of Dogfish Head, the pioneering craft brewery she launched with her husband, Sam Calagione ’88. Over nearly three decades, they’ve grown the brand to include a distillery, restaurants, and an inn, before merging with Boston Beer Co. Mariah also devoted more than a decade to NMH as a trustee, including six years as board chair.
