Athletics with Assistant Admission Director and Coach Rob Cross

It doesn't take a lot of time or space to work out. Admissions-athletic liaison and varsity lacrosse coach, Rob Cross, will share a few exercises to help you stay in shape. Students will also have a chance to learn more about the NMH athletic program.
