We are pleased to announce that Franklin County’s YMCA has assumed leadership of Northfield Mount Hermon’s child care programs and is preparing for the opening this fall of preschool and infant/toddler care. Under the Y’s leadership, the program will be known as “The Y Academy at the Bolger Center for Early Childhood Education.”

The partnership enables NMH to continue its tradition of providing distinctive early childhood education programs for its faculty and for families across northern Franklin County and southern Vermont and New Hampshire. After decades of award-winning success as a provider of childcare programming, Franklin County’s Y is ideally aligned with Northfield Mount Hermon in terms of mission and vision. Such integration creates an exceptional alliance, promising uninterrupted and unparalleled curriculum delivery, quality of service, and a compassionate, safe environment, instilling confidence in all area families.

Registration for the fall semester, which starts on Aug. 23, is now open. Families with preschool-age children, toddlers, and infants are encouraged to call now for more information, pricing, and to confirm enrollment for the fall semester. Space is limited.
