Visit NMH

We welcome you to enjoy a visit to NMH.

The school’s campus encompasses 1,100 scenic acres on the wooded banks of the Connecticut River and is near the borders of Vermont and New Hampshire. Brattleboro, Vt., is 13 miles north of NMH, and Greenfield, Mass., is 10 miles to the south.

The culturally rich five-college region of Northampton and Amherst is a 40-minute drive south. New York City is 3½ hours south via I-91 and I-95; Boston lies 2 hours east on Route 2 or the Massachusetts Turnpike. Bradley International Airport, which serves Hartford and Springfield, is 1½ hours south on I-91.

NMH hosts academic sessions, conferences, and athletic camps in the summer, and is home to a classic New England farm, cultural events and student performances, and a bookstore that features NMH gifts and apparel.

On these pages you'll find information about employment opportunities at NMH, maps and directions, area dining and lodging, and transportation services to and from regional airports.

Visitors interested in admission opportunities at NMH should follow signs to Bolger House, where you'll find stunning views of the Connecticut River Valley and admission officers waiting to show off our campus and introduce you to our academic program. Follow the signs from Route 10 into the central part of the campus; Bolger House sits across from Memorial Chapel.
