Employment Opportunities

Northfield Mount Hermon is an independent, coeducational college-preparatory school, located in western Massachusetts, with approximately 650 boarding and day students in grades 9 through 12, and a postgraduate year.

NMH employs approximately 130 people in teaching and administrative faculty positions, and more than 210 in staff positions. Some jobs are year-round; others offer an academic-year schedule or are part-time. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who support the school’s mission to engage the intellect, compassion, and talents of our students, empowering them to act with humanity and purpose.
