Applicants should be able to contribute to all aspects of the school community, as reflected by the normal faculty workload that includes a combination of classroom teaching, student advising, coaching, and dormitory supervision.
Applicants should be committed to making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents, willing to embrace the challenges of boarding-school life, and excited about innovative methods in secondary education. Candidates should possess a demonstrated interest in making a positive impact on the lives and learning of adolescents, experience in diversity work, and an eagerness to work with a diverse student body in a boarding-school environment.
