Northfield Mount Hermon is an independent, coeducational college preparatory school in western Massachusetts with 650 boarding and day students in grades 9 through 12, with a postgraduate year.

We seek faculty applicants who are able to contribute to all aspects of the school community: classroom teaching, student advising, coaching, and residential supervision.

NMH employs approximately 130 teaching and administrative faculty positions and more than 210 staff positions. These positions are diverse and include opportunities from entry level to upper management in the areas of accounting, admission, development, food service, information technology, maintenance, student services, and others. Some positions are year-round; others offer an academic-year schedule.
