Director of NMH Auxiliary Programs and NMH Summer

Reporting to the Associate Head of School, the Director of Auxiliary Programs and NMH Summer will work across the school and within its various constituencies to further develop and oversee NMH’s mission-appropriate use of the campus assets during the school year and summer months. In addition to directing all aspects of the NMH Summer program and building upon its value proposition and brand, the Director’s portfolio of responsibilities will include the campus store, the campus textbook process, NMH athletic and enrichment camps, and all campus property and facility rentals. In addition, the Director will explore, develop, and oversee strategic campus programming and facility use, highlighting NMH’s distinctive programs (environmental studies and sustainability; arts; STEM; athletics; equity, inclusion, and justice; internships; citizenship and community; and global study and travel). The Director will strengthen NMH’s overall brand, assist with school year and summer recruiting and enrollment efforts, and achieve annual auxiliary revenue targets.

NMH is a thriving school with a strong reputation for transforming the lives of young people and empowering them to act as change agents in their communities and across the globe. NMH seeks a creative, entrepreneurial, and strategic individual with the experience and talent to align and leverage campus use with intentional, researched, and innovative plans and programming. The work of the Director of Auxiliary Programs and NMH Summer will continue to strengthen NMH in meaningful ways.
