Alumni phonathons
Phonathons serve a vital role in reaching the NMH Annual Fund goals. During phonathons we raise dollars to provide students with financial aid, help hire and retain exceptional faculty, and meet other critical financial needs of the school. On top of that, it's also a way for alumni, parents, and parents of alumni to connect with each other.
Participating in a phonathon is easy and fun. Plus, the food is great and you'll leave with some special NMH rewards! If you would like to help "ring up" support for NMH, please contact Sue Clough at 413-498-3084 or nmhgiving@nmhschool.org.
Seeking new phonathon locations
We would like to expand our phonathon locations and give more people the opportunity to participate. If you know of a venue (e.g., your employer's offices, college calling centers, conference centers, etc.), please contact Sue Clough at 413-498-3084 or nmhgiving@nmhschool.org. Maybe we'll be in your area some time soon!
Student Calling Program
During spring break, 20 students dedicate their Sunday’s and evenings reaching out to alumni and parents of alumni on behalf of the NMH Annual Fund, as part of the Student Calling Program. After two weeks of calling, the students have found great success in raising anywhere from $100,000 to $200,000 to support Northfield Mount Hermon.
Not only are the students proud to participate in building support for their school, they are truly excited to have good conversations with alumni. As impressive ambassadors of the school, the student callers expertly answer questions, engage in interesting stories from alumni of all ages, and enthusiastically share insights about student and campus life today. They also get to learn firsthand how valuable the Annual Fund is for NMH.
