Staff Openings

Northfield Mount Hermon employs more than 210 people in staff support positions in addition to nearly 180 teaching and administrative faculty. These positions are diverse and range from entry level to management in the areas of maintenance, food service, accounting, admission, advancement, human resources, and information technology as well as other academic support roles.

Northfield Mount Hermon School offers a generous benefit package that includes retirement, health and life insurance plans, paid vacation, holiday, and sick leaves. Many positions are year-round while some offer an academic-year schedule.
