Directions: One mile north of Boulder on Highway 36, then one mile east of Highway 36 on Longhorn Road (a dirt road). The turn-off from the highway onto Longhorn Road is marked with a sign for Boulder Valley Ranch Open Space.
Midpoint: Eagle Trailhead, City of Boulder, Colorado Open Space and Mountain Parks
Please park at the Start/Finish.
This Spring 2010 Rocky Mountain-NMH holds their version of an NMH tradition—the Bemis-Forslund Pie Race—a fun event for the whole family, a fun run for all ages. Children and walkers are invited to participate. The Spring 2010 Rocky Mountain-NMH Pie Race distance is 3.7 miles, and follows the Sage–Eagle trail loop. Drinks and snacks provided. Volunteers are also needed to help with Race.

Due to the limitations of this event’s permit with the City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks, race & spectator participation is limited to the first 45 registrants.
- Registration Deadline: May 2, 2010
- Race Fee:
- Adults 18 years to 64 years old: $25.00.
- Children to 17 years old: No charge.
- Seniors (65 years old or older): No charge.
- Spectators: No charge.
- Liability Waiver: Required. We’ll provide the Waiver once you’ve registered. Bring a completed Waiver for each runner/walker/spectator to the Race. We’ll have extra Waiver forms at the Start/Finish.

What we need to know when you register: Your name, class year, and whether you are a runner, walker or spectator. Please also confirm your mailing address, your phone number and an email address in the event that we need to contact you should bad weather or poor trail conditions result in a change to our plans for the Race.
