at NMH Commencement

MOUNT HERMON, MA—This year's commencement speaker at Northfield Mount Hermon School will be Amy Domini, a graduate of the class of 1968. Commencement will be held May 25 at 11 am on Thorndike Field. In case of rain, the ceremony will take place at the Auditorium on the Northfield campus.

Voted in 2005 to Time magazine’s list of the world’s 100 most influential people, Domini is recognized as a leading voice for socially responsible investing. In 1989 she and two partners created the Domini 400 Social Index, which rates companies on 140 issues ranging from toxic-waste fines to diversity in top management. The following year she created, and she now oversees, Domini Social Investments, a mutual fund giant that invests in environmentally and socially responsible companies.
