Concerto Audition Concert at NMH

GILL, MA—Classical music enthusiasts and those wanting to hear performances by advanced student musicians are invited to the Concerto Audition Concert at Northfield Mount Hermon School Nov. 12.

Music students from NMH will compete for the chance to play a concerto with the NMH Symphony Orchestra or Chamber Orchestra later in the year. A concerto is piece of music where a soloist contrasts with an orchestra.

In addition to auditions, several students will perform works at an advanced level.

The Concerto Audition Concert is to be held Nov. 12 at 3 pm in the Music Building and is free and open to the public.
