NMH Band and Jazz Programs present Family Days Concert
NORTHFIELD, Mass.— Members of the Northfield Mount Hermon Band
and Jazz Programs will present a concert for their families and
the public on Friday, April 22.
This diverse event will include the school’s World Music Combo,
which will perform traditional music from India, and the Concert
Band, which will offer Dvorak’s New World Symphony,
Lowden’s “Here’s That Rainy Day,” and Joplin’s “The
Entertainer.” And for a trip down memory lane, the Jazz
Ensemble will perform KC and the Sunshine Band’s greatest hits.
The concert will take place in Memorial Chapel on the school’s
Mount Hermon campus. It will begin at 2:10 pm and last for
approximately 90 minutes. Admission is free. For more
