Passages–Ten Alumni
, Five Decades
How much do people change over time? You'll soon have ten
answers to that question.
This issue presents ten alumni from across five decades, all
celebrating a reunion this year. They range from a retired
head-master to a Harvard student, from a performance artist to a
hotelkeeper.
Each person has a unique tale to tell. Yet folded into the
narratives are universal human experiences: love, loss, failure,
success, and–above all–transition. Their lives are a reminder of
life's passages, from idealistic youth to responsible middle age
to seasoned older years. Their stories show the varied
directions that ten lives can take, and the wisdom collected
along the way.
