NMH girls soccer
NMH offers one of the finest, most competitive girls’ soccer programs in New England. Through hard work and a firm commitment to team play, NMH soccer players learn valuable lessons for life and take great experiences with them long after they leave the field. We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of sportsmanship, while always striving for personal excellence through outstanding individual effort. As a soccer player, you’ll learn the importance of teamwork.
We offer three levels of interscholastic soccer: varsity, junior varsity, and thirds. The varsity team is composed of the most talented and seasoned athletes, while the junior varsity team is made of dedicated players who require more experience and technical training. The thirds team is comprised of novice and inexperienced players. The coaches at each level work to move players through the program by advancing their individual skills.
The girls varsity soccer team has historically been one of the most competitive soccer teams in New England. We play the toughest possible opponents in NEPSAC soccer throughout our 17-game schedule. NMH alumnae have gone on to find success in soccer at a variety of Division I, II, and III colleges across the country.
The varsity team found a new home in 2007 when we moved to the recently constructed and newly dedicated southern pitch of the Peller Family Fields. This complex is regularly acknowledged as being one of the finest in New England. In addition to this natural surface, the two new turf fields supplement the team’s play in inclement weather.
