Staff Positions
Northfield Mount Hermon School employs more than
250 people in staff support positions in addition to nearly
180 teaching and administrative faculty. These
positions are diverse and range from entry level to management in the
areas of maintenance, food service, accounting, admission, advancement,
human resources, and information technology as well as other academic
support roles.
Current Positions
Northfield Mount Hermon
School offers a generous benefit package that includes retirement, health
