Alumni Hall

Originally built in 1909 as West Hall, the building was renamed Alumni Hall after extensive renovations during the summer of 2000, made possible through generous donations from the class of 1950. These renovations included the restoration of the main dining room ceiling and floor, refinished furniture, entrances, restrooms, two private function rooms, and a dish room facility with all the latest technology. Renovations to the food court areas were completed in 1998.

More than 700 meals are served at a typical lunch or dinner. The various serving areas include an expansive salad and deli sandwich bar, a grill station and pizza area, as well as a vegetarian hot line. This has eliminated long lines and enabled the chefs and staff to exercise a great deal of creativity with menus as well as special entree and dessert events.
