As an educational institution, Northfield Mount Hermon helps open the eyes of young people to the complexity and meaning in the world around them. NMH encourages students to open their minds and their hearts, to act, to contribute. Yet it also encourages them to stand still and to observe, quietly, what is right in front of them.
