Head Coach
Charlie joined the NMH soccer program in 2000. Previously, he coached at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School of Potomac, MD, where he led the varsity soccer program to a 51-16-6 record. In his four years at St. Andrew’s he won two league titles, including an undefeated season, and was named Conference Coach of the Year for three consecutive years.
Charlie played four years of varsity soccer at Wittenberg University and was the captain his final season (1987). Prior to college Malcolm played two seasons for Hogger Hall-of-Famer and former NMH soccer coach Dale Conly (Class of 52) at Western Reserve Academy. Since joining the soccer coaching staff, Charlie guided the boys JVA soccer team to a 34-7-10 record, including a 26 game unbeaten streak over two seasons. Charlie teaches in the history department and lives with his wife Kim and his two children on the Mount Hermon campus. He has an advanced national license from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
