Award Nomination Form
Each year, at its annual meeting during Reunion Weekend in June, the Alumni Association presents awards to alumni and one non-alumnus/a who have made outstanding contributions of their time and talent to the school or to their community.
The awards committee welcomes your nominations of candidates for these awards. Look over the nomination form, as well as award descriptions and a list of alumni in classes ending in '02 and '07 who have already received awards. Citation winners are eligible for an additional award, but other previous award winners are not eligible again.
To submit a nomination, print the nomination form and send it to the advancement office. In order for the awards committee to complete its review in timely fashion, we ask that you submit your nominations by November 15, 2011.
