NMH Track : Girls Track

2007 Girls Track and Field

Congratulations to the 2007 girls track team for finishing a great season. Their record was 5–7, but they are a young team that hold a lot of promise for next year.  The girls placed 9th in the New England Championship with an exciting lead over Loomis, which beat our team in the regular season.  The highlights of New Englands are as follows:

Placing
300 Meter Hurdles: Rebecca Young, 1st – New England Champion and Eva Griesshammer, 6th
400 Meters: Rebecca Young, 2nd
100 Meter Hurdles: Caroline Sullivan, 5th
4 x 400 Relay: NMH, 6th (Rebecca Young, Catherine Hultgren, Heather Livingston, Anna Leversee)
Pole Vault: Lina Tillman, Tie for 3rd
HJ: Eva Griesshammer, 5th

At the end of the year we also honor those few athletes that live up to the tradition of NMH track.
