Coaches were reminded that they should provide both Frank Barros and Jeff Pilgrim with updated addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

A motion was made and passed after discussion that WWNEPSSA purchase an updated Saylor ranking system to replace the present system which has had glitches. Bob Lathrop was to hire Matt Moebius who developed the software program for the boys WNEPSSA league.

A decision concerning the issue of playing 45 minute halves versus 40 minute halves was tabled until the September meeting.

The use of electric scoreboards for official time was discussed. It was decided that if both coaches agreed prior to the start of the game, the electric scoreboard would keep the official game time. If both coaches do not agree, the referee will keep the official time.

A motion was made and passed after discussion, that member coaches who miss meetings be fined $50.00 A phone call to an officer of the league prior to the meeting stating that a coach was unavailable would waive the fine. In the event that a coach fails to attend the meeting, doesn’t make the phone call and fails to pay the fine, his team would be excluded from post-season play.

Coaches were reminded that field size must be in compliance league and NCAA rules (length: 110-120 yards, width: 65-75 yards). If a school chooses not to comply, the visiting team may request a change in site to another field, a neutral location or the visiting team’s home field if no neutral field is available.
