Ø      Welcome and introduction of League Officers

o       Jeff Pilgrim, Williston Northampton, President

Ø      Treasurer’s Update

o       $2,282.99 with only some of the dues checks in

o       Saved money last fall with no all star games and thus no fees

Ø      Score Reporting

o       Scores need to be reported the evening of the game to Jeff

o       Only WWNEPSSA league games should be reported to Jeff

o       Our website is managed by Greg Leeds at NMH and Jeff sends him the updates

o       NEW: We need to send our scores to Ged Jones at NEPSAC in addition to Jeff

§         This will help maintain an unofficial but helpful website for us to gauge our relative position in New England (but will not be the determination of post-season play)

Ø      All Stars

o       Choose the “player of the match” on the opposing team and tell the opposing coach after the match

o       Coaches should keep track of their players’ votes

o       All Star Game selections need to be e-mailed to Jeff no later than November 4^th

o       Anne will send the invitations to college coaches

Ø      Classification

o       This is the last year of a three-year commitment cycle to divisions

o       Please let Jeff know as soon as possible if you would like to reconsider your classification for the 2006 season

Ø      Tournament

o       Detailed information and calendars in the handout

o       Please read them all carefully and make sure to meet all deadlines

o       The finals will be at Williston Northampton on their new turf fields (under lights if needed)

Ø      Rule Changes and Points of Emphasis

o       Shin guard sizes – age appropriate

o       Shin guard placement – two inches above the ankle bone

o       Movable goals – must be secured to the ground all the way around

o       Foul language will be carded – yellow for impulsive / unintentional, red for target-directed or repeated

o       Substitutions – own throw-in, opponent’s throw-in if they do, any end line

Ø      “St. Margaret’s McTernan School” has changed their name to “Chase Collegiate School”
