At NMH: A new student to NMH this year, Billy has already made his presence felt as a tremendous dodger with an incredible ability to finish, as he was named to the 2008 Royal Palms All-tournament team for leading NMH in scoring on their annual spring trip. Billy will look to join the ranks of NMH’s top scorers this season at attack.
Before NMH:Before coming to NMH, Billy spent three years playing varsity lacrosse at the Rivers School for Coach Justin Walker. He was the leading scorer for Rivers as a junior and senior, earning All-ISL honorable mention recognition as a senior.
Personal:At Rivers, Billy was a three-sport varsity athlete, lettering in football, hockey, and lacrosse, earning the Scholar Athlete Award. At NMH, Billy is also a three-sport varsity athlete, playing hockey and lacrosse, but he switched over to Water Polo this past fall for the first time, but he made an impact emerging as the team’s leading scorer. Billy has one brother, John, and is the son of William McNamara.
