NMH Golf : Coed Golf

NMH Golf

The coed varsity golf team at NMH plays at the Crumpin-Fox golf course, a relatively new layout designed by Robert Trent Jones and ranked in the top 100 new courses in the U.S.A  NMH is one of the few independent schools that boasts its own nine-hole golf course that any student may use 4 miles from campus. The NMH golf course is used by the JV team daily, and occasionally the varsity team plays there as well.

2007 News
Senior Captain and four-year varsity letter-winner, Andrew Irish '07, took first place at the New England Tournament with a score of 73. There were 24 teams (120 golfers) in the field at Oak Ridge in Feeding Hills, MA. The course was a par 70, and 6,600 yards long.

Andy's loyal and supportive teammates fared well also and brought the team into 12th place overall. Some notables that we beat today: Exeter, Loomis (Andy and David Weiner beat this team this fall as well), Suffield, Kingswood Oxford (who we lost to earlier this season) and eight other teams.

Here's how our team fared: Andy Irish (73), Tyler Batory '08 (86), Warren Dunton '09 (89), Kurt Polley '08 (90) and David Weiner-Crane '07 (91). The rest of the varsity team that helped along the way are Tom DiDonato '08, Evan Caruso '07 and Carlo Tagliabue '08.
