Collegiate Rowing Update 2004

Update for May, 2004

Aaron Bruker '03 Columbia University Aaron is rowing in the first freshman lightweight eight for the Lions.  His eight finished ninth at this year's Eastern Sprints

Raymond Wu '03 Tufts University Ray is coxing the third varsity as a freshman this spring, leading his crew to a gold medal victory at the New England Rowing Championships.  

Luke Snelling '01 Wesleyan University Luke is rowing in the Cardinal's varsity boat. His eight won the New England Rowing Championship (DIII), finishing first out of eighteen crews.

Alex Chastain-Chapman '00 Harvard University Alex is the captain of the national champion Crimson crew.  His junior varsity eight is undefeated again this season, with Alex as the stroke, and recently repeated as champions in the Eastern Sprints.

Paul Marcy '00 US Naval Academy Paul has been in Navy's varsity eight for several years.  His senior season has been very successful for the Midshipmen, earning a bronze medal at this year's Eastern Sprints and a regular season record of 12-3.
