Symphony Orchestra
The Symphony Orchestra is NMH's largest instrumental ensemble. Participation is open to all string players and selected wind, brass, and percussion players.
The Orchestra performs in three special events each year, the Family Day Concert, the Pops Concert, and Sacred Concert. In 2002, the orchestra went on tour in Washington D.C. Its repertoire varies greatly from orchestral standards to modern compositions.

- Steven Peeler: Resonance (written for and premiered by the NMH Symphony Orchestra)
