Chamber Orchestra

The Chamber Orchestra is composed of selected Symphony Orchestra string players augmented occasionally by solo winds. Members are also part of the Symphony Orchestra. One-half academic credit is given for a year’s participation.

This ensemble performs literature from all musical periods, and members of the group are sometimes featured as soloists.

The Chamber Orchestra recently toured in Philadelphia and Montclair, NJ. It also performs in special events, including Christmas Vespers and Instrumental Program Concerts.
