February Reunion Letter

Dear Classmate,

We’ve had a terrific response to our letter and e-mail regarding our upcoming reunion. It looks like attendance will be high in June when our class reunites after 20 brisk years.

In addition to receiving a large number of commitments from classmates, our reunion committee has grown! We’re very happy to have Geoff Locke, Liisa Grady Dowd, Julia Callahan Streit, Ina Anderson, and Donna Kadis join us in our reunion planning efforts.

We also encourage you to update your e-mail address. We have less than half of the class e-mail addresses but feel fairly certain that most of you have stepped up to the Iternet by now. If you have not received email from us, please share your correct contact information. Once you do, you’ll receive exciting reunion updates on a semi-regular basis. For instance:

Class of 1986 reunion “hall of residence”:  Hayden

Class favor:  We have persuaded former WNMH disc jockey Will Wear to compile a CD of the “Best of ’86.” All attendees will receive this timeless collection.

Special event: Kickball anyone? That’s right, here’s your opportunity to face old classmates in a kickball grudge match. We also thought, given the age of many of our children, that kickball would be a fun, family-friendly event for all. Even if you are not a parent, we hope you’ll revel in the opportunity to give a good kick to a fat red ball.

Class website: We’ll soon update our class website. If you have links, pictures, or other information that you’d like to share, send it our way.

We’ll also be able to tour Northfield and participate in discussions regarding the future of the campus. Be sure to save the date—June 8–11 will be here soon! Registration forms will be mailed out in April, be on the lookout.
