What you need to know

All NMH buildings are non-smoking. Click here for a campus map.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable weekend for all, we ask your cooperation in not bringing alcohol to campus. Open bars with licensed bartenders will be serving beer and wine at several locations throughout the weekend. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Help NMH save resources and the environment by bringing a refillable water bottle to reunion!

HOUSING
If you register for housing we will automatically assign you a room in your class dorm (on a first-come, first-serve basis) and you will likely have a roommate. If you register with your spouse or partner you will be roomed together. Rooms have only the bare essentials (linens, one blanket, a pillow and towel). Weather in New England in June can range from sweltering hot to quite chilly all in the same weekend, so for your comfort consider bringing an extra blanket and a fan.If you prefer to stay at a local hotel or motel, find a guide to area lodging here.

ACCESSIBILITY
The NMH campus is primarily ADA accessible with approved restrooms in most buildings. Golf carts with drivers will be provided throughout the weekend. Please be sure to indicate on your registration if you have any particular concerns or needs.

PETS
No pets please, except working service dogs. If your pet needs to travel with you, Hickory Hill Pet Care Center is located only a few miles from campus in Gill: www.hickoryhillkennelonline.com or 413-863-9753.

RVs AND CAMPERS
If you would like to use your own RV or camper for housing during reunion, you are welcome to bypass housing costs that way. Please select the “No Housing” option on the reunion registration form. If you choose to park on campus, designated parking is in the lot by the hockey rink ONLY. There are NO HOOKUPS, but the gym will be open for showering and daytime restroom use. If you prefer to park off-campus, a local campground that offers RV accommodations is Travelers Woods Of New England, Bernardston, 413-648-9105.

COMING TO CAMPUS WITH CHILDREN
Children are welcome at reunion and many reunion activites are family-friendly.  Some events, however, may not be of interest to young ones.  If you think your child would enjoy meeting and playing with other children during part of your reunion, you can take advantage of Camp NMH (supervised children's program) that is available on Saturday, June 8 for children ages 4-13 who are registered for reunion. Learn more about Camp NMH

It is important to bring sleeping bags, pillows, and air mattresses for younger children as dorm rooms have two beds on average and are assigned to registered adults. Older teenagers registering as adult guests of their parent(s) will have their own bed, children not registered as adults will not be provided with a bed.

INTERNET ON CAMPUS
There is limited access to public computers on campus. One will be available in your class dorm and the library computer center will be open during the day (exact hours TBD). You are welcome to bring you personal computer. To use your computer in your dorm room, please bring an ethernet cable. WiFi access points are located in common areas, such as Alumni Hall, the library, and your dorm lounge. A login for public computers and WiFi will be provided in your reunion packets.
