Trouble Running Java Programs?

Some visitors to these pages do not have their computers set up properly to view the example programs on the site. Most of the time, the problem can be fixed by going to www.java.com and click the "Get It Now" button near the upper-right corner of that page. The Java website will guide you through the process of downloading and installing Java on your computer. When the process is complete, close all open web browser windows and try to access the programs again.
