NMH outreach projects include the following:

• Adopt-a-Child for the holidays
• Habitat work days
• Performances at fundraising events
• Cooking for and serving at Community Meals sites
• Empty Bowls workshops—making and glazing ceramic bowls to benefit the Food Bank and Community Meals programs
• Food and clothing collections
• Donut sales and fundraising at events
• Operation Happy Birthday parties in shelters
• On- and off-campus clean-up, gardening, and building projects
